Welcome to Creta Restaurant. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, ordering system, and services (collectively, "Services") operated by Creta Restaurant ("we," "our," or "us").
Our website and ordering system is provided by Ape Vibe Ltd (trading as ApeTables™), who acts as our technology partner in delivering these services.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- All information you provide is accurate and up-to-date
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Creta Restaurant.

3. User Accounts & Registration

4. Ordering & Delivery
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Creta Restaurant. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Delivery area restrictions
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Technical errors in pricing or product information
Delivery Terms
For delivery orders:
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or high demand
- You must be available to receive your order at the specified delivery address
- Delivery fees apply as indicated during checkout
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you
Food Safety
Once food is delivered or collected, you are responsible for its safe handling and consumption. We recommend consuming food within 2 hours of delivery.
5. Reservations
Booking Policy
Table reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Creta Restaurant. We reserve the right to:
- Limit reservation duration during busy periods
- Require deposits for large groups or special occasions
- Cancel reservations for no-shows without notice
Changes and Cancellations
A deposit of up to £20 per guest may be required to secure your reservation. Cancellations or amendments made with fewer than 48 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being retained, especially where we are unable to rebook the table or recover associated costs.
6. Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe.
Pricing
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Payment Authorization
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your order. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations may be possible before food preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically only in cases of:
- Order errors on our part
- Food quality issues reported within 1 hour of delivery
- Delivery failures due to our error
- Service issues beyond reasonable expectations
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the delivery failure was due to our error.
8. User Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct rules.

All content on our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Creta Restaurant or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

- Create derivative works from our content
- Remove or alter any copyright notices
The ApeTables™ technology platform is owned and operated by Ape Vibe Ltd and is used under license.
10. Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee that our Services will be available at all times. We are not liable for any inconvenience or damages arising from service interruptions.
Limitation of Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creta Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order or reservation in question.
Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements
While we provide allergen information, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens due to potential cross-contamination. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution and inform us of their requirements.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse of our staff or other customers
- Repeated no-shows for reservations
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
